Bringing the Mediterranean to the Bold City

In Albanian, dua means love — say it do-ah. Owners Alex Lukaj and Mikel Gavoci opened the doors in June 2024 to give Jacksonville a space inspired by Alex's home country: clean lines, modern décor, and a fresh, unique menu of cuisine and cocktails that carries the warmth of the Med to the Bold City.

It's a room designed for the whole evening — a secluded, romantic dining room and a luxurious lounge of couches, booths and hookah, each with its own bar, opening onto a patio of flowers and citrus trees. A wine cellar runs deep with vintages from Greece, Italy and Spain. With love, from the Med.
